    The culinary students work in the kitchens, and create amazing dishes that can be vegetarian or gluten free if need be, in fact they always have one or more of each. And they cook for a living, so the quality control is excellent.

    oregon coast culinary institute provides the food for the cafeteria at swocc. the food is downright disgusting and most of the time, it's cold and has been sitting out for hours.
