Community colleges are some of the best deals around. Rates are typically much lower than public universities and the same is true for SCC. If you're planning to attend a four year university, they have good articulation agreements (transfer of credits) which will allow you to save a lot of money in the long run by knocking out general education courses before transferring to a more expensive university.
