I say yes and no. There is a class titled CORE and the basis of the class is to learn how to form and maintain relationships in college. This class also requires that you attend a mandatory camping trip in which you're not allowed to bathe, bring your cell phone MP3 player or any type of electronics. The trip decides your grade for the entire class. If you do not attend the trip yet get straight As on everything else, you will still fail the class. This is the MOST expensive class an freshman takes, I believe the school could use tuition dollars a little more wisely.

Personally, I had high expectations for the school from how it was presented and what people where saying about the school once I got there. It was alright. I questioned a lot of the things that were taught in the curriculum in one of my classes, because I disagreed with somethings. Overall, the instructor was alright with it. With everything in account, with a price tag of about $32,000 for a year - I don`t really feel like I see these tuition dollars at work.

Spring Arbor is expensive, but the school offers a great amount of scholarships and grants. There's also the Loan Repayment Assistance Program which helps you pay back some of your loans after graduation, if your income is less than $37,000 a year (rejoice, teachers and pastors).
