Thanks to the professors, St. John's is a school that helps students for their particular career field. Many of the teachers have had experience in your field, so they are willing to give you tips that go a long way. This college is not for the slacker- expect to do work, but in the end it helps out. Many students go onto graduate school in the city or receive internships after they graduate. Some even participate in internships while they are in undergraduate school.

St. John's University is a great institution filled with people who genuinely care. There is help for whatever the problem may be, but you need to seek them out. It is also very clean, and orderly and not very hectic for being a school in a metropolitan area with a high concentration of students.

No school spirit. Great classes and teachers. Hardly anyone ever on campus during off-hours.

It is an amazing school, but it is very expensive. St. John's is a very diverse school, which is an eye opener. I've become friends with many people and made connections with all of my professors.

St. Johns University is great school, and in my opinion is definitely worth the money even though is is very expensive. They have plenty of activities and events on campus for students so you will never get bored, which include spring and winter carnival events, as well as other seasonal fairs and activities. The also have equally challenging academic programs available, including an honors programs for students who show excellent scores on their SAT's.
