St. Olaf can be pricey, but I personally felt that I received an above-average education, and that the opportunities I was given far outweighed the cost. The school makes a huge effort to allow students to study abroad if they will, and I think the last statistics said roughly 2/3 of us did study abroad. In addition, once you graduate, our career center is still willing to help with advice and resume assistance in the 2-3 years following graduation. The alumni network is very strong and connected in the Midwest, and many of them are open to talking to or even assisting students during the career search process.
