    Going to Stetson is not just a step towards better education. While education is important, the DeLand community makes it very easy to assimilate. The town is a very enjoyable friendly place to live, with many weekend activities open for the students to enjoy.

    Stetson is located in a small rural town, so there isn't much to do off campus unless you have a car and are able to drive out to Orlando or Daytona. On campus, however, Stetson has done a good job of keeping its students preoccupied. We have something called Hatter Productions on campus whose goal is provide activities for students like on campus movie nights or Stetson's Anual Winter Wonderland.
