Whether it be taking the shuttle into the Susquehanna Valley strip, or just hanging around with your friends at Trax or on campus, there are so many fun things to do here.
» Read MoreThere is always a lot of things to do on campus. There is a night club on campus and a coffeehouse in which both offer activities throughout the week. The Susquehanna River is only a mile away, so there are kayaking and other fun waterfront options. There is a mall only about five minutes away, as well as a movie theater. In the fall, there is the Bloomsburg Fair, which is only about a forty minute drive from campus. If you take the initiative to have fun, you will find fun ways to spend your free time.
» Read MoreSU is the perfect size, because there is a good amount of activity, but not so much that you're a face in the crowd. There is Greek life, of course, as well as volunteer fraternities. if you're into that kind of thing. There are clubs ranging from activist (Hearts for Homeless or WomenSpeak) to Interest (Anime Club or Bellydance Circle) and everything in between. There are some pretty cool intramural sports as well. It's also important to note that it is easy to start your own club, and you're bound to find other people with your interests. SU is also really great with providing entertainment: there are two concerts (with names like Cobra Starship and DJ Pauly D) each year, sporting events, theatre, art shows, lectures, musical performance, and anything in between. Also, Bucknell University is close by, and if you have a friend with a car it's easy to go to their events as well. For a small school in a small town, it's a pretty sweet deal!
» Read MoreThere are a lot of clubs and activities on campus all the time, from Trax, the student night club, to SAC activities of fall frenzy, movies on the lawn, and other things. One thing that actually drew me to Susquehanna was the existence of the SU Belly Dance Circle, which has been a unique and wonderful experience.

» Read MoreThe best way to enjoy Susquehanna is to get involved in an activity or club. The resources around the campus are pretty limited but if you have the right group of friends you can find anything to do. We have over 100 student run organizations and if you don't find something fit for you then you can create your own.

With a state-of-the-art sound system, free food and drink, and a great light show it can be a lot of fun. You can also catch a movie at Charlie's Coffeehouse, a casual, intimate atmosphere, and a great place to study with friends! Susquehanna's Outdoor Recreation Center rents equipment for camping, backpacking, canoeing, kayaking, cross-country skiing, and lots of other fun activities!
» Read MoreThere is plenty to do at the school for fun. When the school isn't hosting its weekend activities, students can watch sports events, do activities on the river, go to the movies, go to the races, or even enjoy a nice walk around town.
» Read MoreIf you want a party you have to walk off campus to find one. Most upperclassmen/sports teams that host parties live within a mile. You can also hang out in residence halls with friends, listen to music/watch free movies at Charlie's Coffee shop, attend a campus theatrical production, or play sports on Smith Lawn or on the football field.
