There are a LOT of clubs that are on campus. I see the student ambassadors around campus all the time putting on events. There is something going on everyday, and in the galleria there is a schedule of activities for the week on every table.

There is a lot to do for fun on this campus. On campus there is a pond where a good majority of the students go fishing or just to read. A game room is also available in the cafeteria with game consoles, ping pong and billiards.

I really cannot comment on this as I am an evening student and work full time during the day. I have seen, however, a few soccer games here and there while waiting for class to start. It looks like fun!

There is so much more to SCCC than just great classes. College clubs, athletics, theater performances, fine arts programs, lectures, day trips and service learning all add to the total college experience. There is never a shortage of things to do here. They offer a number of academic and social programs, leadership opportunities, clubs and activities to connect you with students with common interests, enhance your education and make sure youâ??ll have fun. â??College Hourâ?? at SCCC is every Thursday from 10:50 am â?? 12:05 pm. This is a block of time reserved primarily for student enrichment activities; such as concerts, speakers, picnics, lectures, cultural celebrations and other fun events planned during College Hour each week. Thousands of students participate in activities sponsored by student clubs, our athletic teams, the Student Government Association and the Office of Student Activities. When transferring to a four-year college, the activities you take part in are just as important as your grades. The key to a successful college career at SCCC is to get involved and take advantage of all that SCCC offers.
