Fort Worth is such a diverse city. You have the Billy Bob's, the world's largest honky-tonk, the Fort Worth Zoo, upscale shopping and dining centers, the Botanical Gardens, and lots of musical entertainment as well. If you are wanting an even larger city feel, Dallas is only a 30 minute drive or a train ride away.

In addition to Greek life, there are a number of clubs and groups that have fun on campus. I especially liked the LAN parties.

Fort Worth is a big city, so there is so much that one can do. On Saturday nights, college students can go to Billy Bob's and dance for around $15-$20 (just make sure you have your ID (driver's license etc.) with you or they will not let you in).

TCU always ALWAYS has activities and events planned that students can go to. Literally everyday. night you can find something to do. The commons is a big location for things like free ice cream and waffle parties, petting zoo nights, giant water slides, jazz band concerts, velcro walls to jump on, and giant bounce houses! Sometimes on Wednesdays, in honor of hump day they bring a camel on campus! You can have so much fun here if you decide to get out of your room and try new things!

Just in the couple of times I have visited, the options are never ending. There is a considerable large nightlife, including a fun bar scene as well as a vary active greek community. This also does not include the fact that just a short drive down the highway will put you in downtown dallas where the opportunities are endless.

Fort Worth is a great town. There is the stockyards, downtown area, as well as many other things around the campus. TCU has a great rec center and many intramural sports options. There are always events being hosted by The Crew each day all over campus. The nightlife is also good.

TCU's events are spectacular. There are three entertainment sources that stand out most to me. First, the athletics and their facilities are spectacular. Everyone goes to the football games on Saturday. Everyone roots on the baseball team. And everyone is a fan of the cheer and show girls! Secondly, there are numerous student organizations beyond fraternity and sorority life to get involved in. TCU has a group known as The Crew that makes our student organizations unique. The Crew puts on random PB&J Mondays, concerts, and wacky events such as a petting zoo at campus commons or zip-ling around campus. All of their updates go to your school email and they are a hit on campus. Lastly, the Fort Worth area is phenomenal to be a part of. The Fort Worth Zoo is within walking distance of TCU and is a nationally recognized zoo. Billy Bob's Honky Tonk is the world's largest honky tonk, and is located in the Fort Worth Stockyards. The Texas Rangers are just a short drive away, just like the Dallas Mavericks. There is always something going on in Fort Worth.
