Categories Comments Great for these types of students Remember this is a Technical College so its all hands-on. This is very great institution to enroll in.
Tips for prospective students TSTC West Texas is probably the best kept secret around. This institution is all about helping you accomplish your dreams AND finding a job in that field shortly after. This is probably the only college I know of that has an office specifically for Job Placement.
Bang for the buck The classes are somewhat expensive, but the amount of hands-on time you get for the profession you chose is outstanding.
Am enjoying being here Being enrolled in this institution is both fun and enjoyable. There is always different activities going on and the study areas are awesome.
Am learning a lot All of the instructors and campus personnel are very informative and knowledgable. The instructors are very good about help students understand the material and they strive to see their students succeed.

Greek Life none
Clubs and Activities This campus is unique. There is a club for every program offered out here. Very down to earth!!
Great for these types of students If you like to make friends that become family then this is the place for you.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus The church feeds the students every Tuesday, lol student life is a little rough on finances.
Bang for the buck It is affordable!!!!!
What to do for fun You can workout, attend church activities, attend extra curricular activities and just hang out with friends.
Food and Dining The food is good and it is affordable. There are also a ton of vending machines, including a coffee machine. Yummmm!!!
Dorm Life unknown. My friend lives in the dorm and she loves it. She says the rooms are nice and the people on campus have become good friends.
Academic Rigor The requirements are strict, but achievable.
Tips for prospective students Attend the workshops that are offered to make sure the program is meant for you.
In three sentences This school is very affordable and has several opportunities for students. The instructors are very knowledgeable and become family. The atmosphere is perfect for learning and the hands on skills are very impressive.

Clubs and Activities there is the HIT CLUB, STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION, PTK FOR STUDENTS TO JOIN AND THOSE ARE JUST THE ONES I KNOW
Great for these types of students OUT-GOING TO THE SHY EVERYONE ON ANY AGE IS WELCOME AT THIS SCHOOL!!!
Bang for the buck I THINK THE PRICING AT THIS COLLEGE IS AWESOME....THE BOOKS ARE EXPENSIVE...BUT WHAT SCHOOL BOOKS ARE NOT??
What to do for fun THE SGA AND OTHER CLUBS HAVE FUNDRAISERS THAT ARE FUN TO GO TO AND THE STUDENT DIRECTOR SETS UP DIFFERENT THINGS, LIKE GOING TO THE MOVIES OR BOWLING ON THE SCHOOL...FREE FOR STUDENTS....
Food and Dining THERE IS NO CAFETERIA AT THIS CAMPUS BUT THERE ARE A GOOD VARIETY OF PLACES TO EAT NEAR THE CAMPUS AND IN BROWNWOOD
