Sewell Park is a park on campus strictly for students, the San Marcos river flows right through there. You can tube, tan on bikini hill, study, listen to the music, play sand volleyball, enjoy the free stuff that many companies pass out.

There are an almost ridiculous amount of organizations here on campus. Everything from the hide and seek club to honors fraternities. And don't forget the beautiful San Marcos river and Sewell park are right on campus.

Go tubing in the river or shopping in the outlet mall or layout on bikini hill or play Sand Volleyball or get involved with a group or play intramural sports or go visit Austin and do some fun stuff there!

River, River River! I can't say it enough, in my short three years here I have had the most fun in Spring at the river! There is also the beautiful Purgatory Park, that has trails for miles, it's great for a workout in Spring and Summer and early fall, and fun for adventure in winter and early Spring when the weather is chill! The Square is also a hoot for the 21+ crowd. There is also always the Rec for the sporto in you! Which is open to all full time students and is a great place to really get in shape with many offered classes and instructionals!

Sewell Park is the most relaxing place on campus. During the warmer months my friends and I will spend hours floating the river and laying out on Bikini Hill just enjoying the beautiful atmosphere of the campus. There are also many hiking and biking trails that are pet friendly. When it is cooler out, hanging out in the dorm or the apartment watching movies is always a great way to spend time, unless you would rather go to Sunset Lanes and play a few rounds of bowling.

I love to go to the square and hang out. There are so many little places with things to look at. There are also quite a bit of restaurants that are reasonably priced.
