Texas State is in such a great area, you're in the hill country but can get to two major cities within an hour. They have such a variety of students, you feel comfortable because you aren't just a needle in a haystack. The spirit of our school is so high, even though we aren't a D1 school, the amount of spirit we have is unbelievable.

Texas State is a beautiful campus with many programs viable for their students to participate In. The campus Is filled with Great friendly people. Although it is great school to be apart of the instructors can be a real hit or miss with some having terrible teaching skills and others being amazing instructors but that's a process of college I'm learning to deal with.

Texas State is a beautiful campus, though the stairs and hills take some getting used to if you're not from the area. In my experience so far the professors are all very energized and more than willing to help you be successful. Most everyone around the campus is also very nice, especially on the road--something almost unheard of where I'm from.

I transferred here to Tx State because this school offered engineering and computer degrees that were not available at my other school. I have been generally happy with the teachers and courses. I am frustrated by some teachers who get too picky about details which are not as important to the subject and to my overall learning.
