Every teacher will take the time to help their students if you let your presence be known to them. They will help you to reach your goals and better understand the course material. If you introduce yourself to them and show genuine interest in passing their class, they will keep their eye on you and be very helpful. In addition to learning inside the class, you learn alot about how other people from different backgrounds differ from yourself and it helps to make you a more well rounded person.

I was an off-campus transfer student, and my experience at TWU on a scale from 1 to 10 was a 5.5; one of the main reasons being that they made me retake some of the classes I had already completed at a previous college that was suppose to transfer and they transferred it after I had brought it to their attention but it was too late which caused a lot of frustration.' Some professors were not helpful at all and left you to teach yourself while others took that extra mile to ensure that their students exceeded; one great thing I can admit about the college was that they had excellent resources when it came to getting help in specific subjects. I just happened to get a few professors that didn't really care about the success of the students and not to mention the bad direction of my advisor when it came to directing me to think I had to retake classes I already had taken which ads to the low score towards the University.

Overall, I am impressed with TWU. They have several programs that would fit for anybody. Currently, I am a senior graduating in May and my past fours years at TWU have been great. They have great staff in all departments, very friendly and always willing to help.

The campus is beautiful. My mom used to go here and she enjoyed giving me a tour of her own. I'm looking forward to going here.

Texas Woman's University is for one the perfect size University with less than 10,000 students enrolled. The classes are small enough that you can create a relationship with you Professor. Above all the people at TWU are helpful, caring, down to earth, and all around good people.

Though somewhat lacking in social opportunities, Texas Woman's is an excellent university to pursue a degree. The professors are very involved in student life, and smaller class sizes allow for more individualized education. Despite being sparse on the weekends, Texas Woman's is still an excellent place to take the next step in your education.

TWU is a small school with a beautiful campus. The education is of decent quality, but is not especially hard. There are some good people here, but there are also some unpleasant people...

Texas Woman's University is a very good school to attend. It's not a big school nor a small school, its just the right size. The academics here are great and the professors are very hands-on.
