Every teacher will take the time to help their students if you let your presence be known to them. They will help you to reach your goals and better understand the course material. If you introduce yourself to them and show genuine interest in passing their class, they will keep their eye on you and be very helpful. In addition to learning inside the class, you learn alot about how other people from different backgrounds differ from yourself and it helps to make you a more well rounded person.

Texas Woman's University is for one the perfect size University with less than 10,000 students enrolled. The classes are small enough that you can create a relationship with you Professor. Above all the people at TWU are helpful, caring, down to earth, and all around good people.

Though somewhat lacking in social opportunities, Texas Woman's is an excellent university to pursue a degree. The professors are very involved in student life, and smaller class sizes allow for more individualized education. Despite being sparse on the weekends, Texas Woman's is still an excellent place to take the next step in your education.

The environment of the school is welcoming to new students. If ones major is something other than nursing than the school is for you. The classes are small so there is plenty of time for one on one with the teachers.
