The College is crazy expensive for very little reasons. Work study is always giving someone an issue. Campus life is a little on the dull side, but the city is not far away at all. The food is spotty at best. Yet, the faculty and some of the administrative staff are the best you'll ever find.

CNR, as it is called, really is like a tiny little city in a city. With an all-woman's Arts/Science program and co-ed grad/nursing/adult resources programs, it's a pretty diverse place. The entire campus is practically an historical landmark.

The professors are well knowledge on what they are teaching. They understand that you have other priorities along with school and are understanding with assignments. You are allowed to learn a lot from your classmates, not just the professor.

College of New Rochelle is a very small private college in a town where there is not much to do. The college is old so there's not much new buildings with things that is out of date (which is not bad that you get to learn things the old fashion way). CNR is for all religions faith but it does emphasize its Catholic tradition.
