It is expensive and limited, off campus has more to offer.

The food is good and gives options for healthy eaters as well as vegetarians.

I mostly eat in the marketplace or the flaming eggplant. The flaming eggplant is awesome because it only uses organic and local foods

Some days are good, most are not. The Greenery has A LOT to work on.

The Flaming Eggplant Cafe is a must in dining experiences. It is student-run uses organic locally grown food with seasonal inspired dishes with several vegetarian and vegan options.

The Greenery is really awful but after this year, the contract we have with the food provider is expiring so hopefully we get better food!!

On campus food is terrible. You will end up paying $400 a month minimum for your meal plan (which is required if you are a freshman) and you won't even get enough meals to feed yourself 2 meals a day for the quarter. If you ate 3 meals a day on the Evergreen meal plan you would run out by week 6 (out of 11). Now when I buy my own groceries and cook my own food I spend about $100-130 per month on groceries (and that is 3 healthy and hardy meals a day and snacks). The only good thing about on campus dining is the friends, the atmosphere, and the sexy burrito man.

Food and dining on campus is impeccable! With over six different locations available to eat from, there was never a chance to feel bored with the selection. Also, Evergreen does an amazing job at providing food gathered from local business. This college is a huge supporter of Go Green! so there is always a huge selection of healthy and organic food that still tastes amazing. All the food is hand-made by the wonderful and hardworking kitchen staff, so you never have to fear eating something that's been sitting in a box for two weeks. Also, if you're a coffee drinker, the three coffee spots on campus provide a delicious array of caffeinated drinks that are perfect for that before-class-beverage.

The food is healthy and much of it is grown on campus.

The Evergreen State College has no Greek life to speak of.

I assume this is talking about fraternities and that awful stuff. As far as I know, there isn't any of that crap going on.
