Incoming or Prospective Students: - Be prepared to say no. There are many great clubs and organizations you can join, but you have to know how to say no or you'll be overcommitted. - Don't assume anything. College is the time to learn and gain valuable experience. Don't assume you already know something. - Time management is essential to success. - Don't overpack. Bring only the things that you absolutely need, then have your family mail things to you if you realize you need it or have room for it. - Studying is important. Good grades don't come easy. It takes studying and working hard in and out of class. - Community: be sure to invest in your House at King's. These relationships are going to last long after you graduate. - Enjoy college! School is sometimes difficult and a drag, but don't forget to enjoy being at college!

Definitely visit the school if you're really interested, and make sure you talk to other students, not just the admissions staff.
