Around Town

If you are looking for something fun to do on the weekend, Ohio State is the perfect campus for you. Ohio State and Columbus offer the perfect mix of a laid back weekend and a fun night out on the town. There is everything from concerts and sporting events to the art events on Saturday nights. There is something fun for everyone at Ohio State.

There are over 1,000 clubs and organizations. There are plenty of recreational facilities and even a few libraries. Whatever you're into we almost undoubtedly have it and if we do not you can probably get it started.

Downtown is fun, as well as OSU sporting events.

There are many things to do for fun, such as the RPAC and the turf fields on west campus. There are also beach volleyball fields and basketball courts on north campus. Besides campus activities, High Street has many activities that are accessible through walking and bus transportation.

You can do anything from attending athletic events, seeing musical performances, going downtown, attending parties, viewing art exhibits at the Wexner, etc. Or you can join one of over a thousand clubs or make your own. It's pretty sweet.

Sports! Sports! Sports! Cheer on one of the best schools in the United States. Whether it is football, basketball, baseball, or soccer, this school recruits and trains its athletes to become winners.

So many things to do on such a huge campus. There are HUNDREDS of clubs to be involved in. Sports is a huge part of campus life, everything from basketball, football, hockey, soccer, swimming, and diving.

There's a basketball court out back of the dorms, a jogging/biking trail that goes around the back of the campus, movie nights in Reese, scheduled events, and everybody's favorite: Wi-Fi! Campus wide connection.

Gateway is near south campus and has a great night life. Many students go downtown on Thursday nights. The RAs in the dorms always have fun weekend activities planned.
