The campus, although big (it has its own zip code!), is really pretty. They offer a large number of programs, so you can find exactly what you want to study. It also has a large support community, through extracurricular activities, classes, living spaces, etc.

There is always something to do in Columbus. At the start of each year, clubs and student groups recruit for new members. The campus is a city within a city.

When I visited The Ohio State University, I knew it was the right college for me. After having a tour of the beautiful campus and learning about campus life, it just stuck with me. The admissions talk I had answered all of my questions and gave me the knowledge I need to get an education at this school.

The Ohio State University is a great school if you need a big name on your resume. They have a tough program no matter what you choose, which is good, but count on lots of homework and projects. Additionally, OSU does not do much to prepare you for a career like smaller colleges do (their coursework in education and business are mostly theoretical) unless you get a really good teacher or take lots of office hours, but don't count on a teaching certificate.

The campus is huge, but very nice. The school has top-notch facilities. I visited the college of nursing and was blown away by the facilities and program itself.

It's a large amount of people in a concentrated campus. However, it does not feel crowded though there are opportunities for the most diverse of students.
