Yes its a bit pricey but its a private school so now matter where you are from you pay the same as Florida residents. the counselors are more then helpful if you have any questions i would email them they will for sure clear up any questions they can. the school also is very good about giving grants. Make sure if you think you need help with tuition you apply for the aid

This school is not what you think it is like. Don't come to this school for the weather or whatever reason.... The school environment feels like a boarding school for rich people up north.

Bigger colleges have the task of commuting over long distances to classes for over 15 minutes, however at The University of Tampa the proximity between classes and dorms are just approximately 5 mins which is very convenient. The size of the classes are very efficient, because they make interactions with the professors easy and therefore you are more likely to succeed academically. The proximity to the town makes it very reliable to find a job or internship which can not only be a source of income but add to your future resume.

A nice school for people who prefer small schools; basically everyone knows each other. There's always something to do during the day and at night. Classes can be challenging or easy depending on your major.

UT is a perfectly sized school -not too big, not too small- for students who care about their academic goals. The campus is beautiful, well kept, and a good place to live. Most importantly, the students and faculty are overall kind and inviting.

The University of Tampa offers a beautiful campus in an urban environment. This school offers a standard variety of majors to choose from, but the college of business is what the school is most known for academically. This school attracts lots of people from out of state, and has a diverse student body.

When I toured the campus of this amazing institution, I was paralyzed with awe from the second that I got out of my vehicle.I could not believe my eyes; it was like I was in heaven on Earth. Not only was the campus amazing, but the courses and the volunteer guides for the tours were extremely knowledgable and helpful when we needed to know something.

Academically the school is wonderful, however, it is sorely lacking in campus life due to lack of communication. Many events are not widely announced so getting involved in campus life is difficult. The inability to get a simple task done around campus or the surrounding area in an appropriate amount of time is also very frustrating.
