“AMAZING! Dorm rooms look like apartments. I would not mind living there all four years. Definitely worth the money. …”
“Dorm life here rocks! I spent the first 2 years living on campus. The dorms at UTC are apartment style. There are many different buildings, but in most of them…”
“make sure you know you want to live in a dorm. at utc most of the dorms are relatively close to everything on campus. i would make sure you are…”
“it is very expensive to live in the dorms and the ones that are semi-affordable are really run down.…”
“There are great dorms that offer a variety of living options and services.…”
The food is pretty good. My only complaints are that we need more variety in the UC and crossroads food is not always fresh.
» Read MoreFood is like any other typical college dining food court but UTC also has an additonal food court with Chick-fil-a, Moe's etc...but Ive heard from my friends that most of the food was undercooked and or nasty!
» Read MoreThere could be better options and healthier ones.
» Read MoreUTC offers a wide range of foods from many cultures. Japanese, Italian, Mexican, or just straight American; no one will be displeased with the food there.
» Read MoreIn comparison to my friends' colleges, the food is pretty amazing. There are a lot of options for food, and most of it is pretty decent.
» Read MoreThey have everything you could possibly want to eat.
» Read MoreCrossroads isn't as bad as everyone makes it seem. However, we're paying 1600 a semester for a meal plan and only get 450 max in mocs bucks which is a rip off.
» Read MoreOur dining room at Crossroads is really good. We also have choices in what we want to eat each day. The food is good.
» Read MoreThere is a nice selection of restaurants on campus, but you're a 10 minute walk/5 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga. I couldn't even begin to list the restaurants in the general area, it's astonishing!
» Read MoreThe food court in the UC is pretty good. There's an Asian place, pasta place (that's hardly ever open), chik-fil-a, Burger Studio, Quiznos, and Moe's. Prices are fairly cheap except at Moe's. I don't really recommend eating at Crossroads Dining Hall. It's usually the same stuff all the time, but it's good for when you're really hungry and want to eat a lot since it's an all-you-can-eat place.
» Read MoreThere are many sororities and fraternities on campus. They all have great ties to the Chattanooga community and have awesome philanthropy weeks.
» Read MoreThis is a big and successful part of our campus. Many students find that greek life is the right choice for them.
» Read MoreGreek life is extremely prominent on campus. There are an immense number of fraternity boys and sorority girls walking around on campus.
» Read MoreGreek Life at UTC is something I can't comment on yet. Planning on rushing next year.
» Read MoreNot into the greek life at UTC, but there are plenty to choose from here!
» Read MoreUTC is VERY Greek oriented. If you aren't involved in that, it's sometimes hard to get involved in other things. Sorority girls are everywhere...and so are the stereotypical frat guys.
» Read MoreAs a member of the Honors Program I come into contact often with both fraternities and sororities. There are plenty of both on campus and they are all outstanding. You'll certainly find something to suit your tastes.
» Read MoreGreek life is on an uprise. I dont think there is a better time on UTC campus to become a part of it.
» Read MoreIt isn't big like other schools, but I say you try Greek Life. From my experience, it's fun and a great way to get to know people.
