Student Responses to Review Topic: Food And Dining

The University has many dining options! Located in the Student Union is a Chic-fil-a restaurant, which I love to eat at, and Asian food and pizza. There is also a separate dining hall, which has many, many options such as pasta, pizza, sandwiches, a salad bar, and much more! The dining hall is all you can eat for as long as you are there, for one low price. If none of the above mentioned things appeal to you, located throughout the campus are a couple of cafes and sandwich shops.

The food on campus is decent, you have a choice of Chick-fil-a, Tacos, Sushi, and a Sub-Connection, plus the university cafeteria.

Meal plans are your best friend unless you want ramen all day everyday. It's cheap and delicious. They also serve really good mexican food here much better than taco bell.

The cafeteria food was great! There was always so many choices, and the staff was friendly. Given that we are in the valley, we do have a Taco Ponchos on campus, and it is AMAZING!

The Bronc Dining Hall is like a cafeteria with buffet. They serve breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. The variety of food they serve is delicious!! They have such a variety that you can have anything from pizza to fresh sandwhiches or even pasta. At the student union, you may purchase anything from Chik-Fil-A to sushi, pizza, or even tacos! If you prefer to eat out of campus, there are many restaurants located right in front and next to UTPA.

Our Greek Life is very different, since we're a small campus, we don't have Greek houses. But I think you get the same experience you get in most major universities. The Greeks here are a lot more friendly...but then again, I'm biased.
