    On the one hand, you get a good education. On the other hand, you spend 6 grand a semester on tuition and you will be disappointed if you were expecting it to be like UT or A&M.

    Apparently UTDallas is one of the more expensive universities in the Texas system, and I do not understand why. Nothing was over the top or impressive in any real way.

    They hand out a lot of scholarship money it seems, and this helps offset tuition and housing costs. In terms of academics, the school is one of the top public universities in the state.
