Around Town

There's a lot of events that go on and are put together by different organizations and its definitely worth attending. You meet many people.

They have alot of student activities but arent that good at promoting them, so when you do hear about them, theyre fun.

There is always something to do at UTEP. Everyday there is always some event going on at our Union which is a local hang out spot for most of the students here. Not to mention there are a sundry of events that occur throughout campus especially on a game day.

Attend football games! Join school fraternities/sororities!

There is about 5 clubs down the street, games are FREE for student all you gotta do is sign up, and the miner events

There a lot of activities offered for the students. They the student recreation always has things for the students to do. For example, they have small trips for students that take us to nearby national parks. They do rock climbing exhibitions etc. Also, they offer classes in self defense. The list goes on. You just have look out for them.

There are many different activities on campus you just have to keep within the loop and pay attention to the posters and such.

Fox Fine Arts presentations, technology seminars, multi-purpose buildings, a gymnasium, and the centennial museum are just a few of the things that UTEP has to offer.

There is a lot to do on campus with the numerous sports teams and music/arts shows. There are also several fraternities and sororities that you can join. There is a lot to do in El Paso and a lot of rich history to learn about the city and surrounding areas.

Play billiards in the Union, work on the computers across campus, join organizations.
