The University of Texas at Tyler is not only known for being a branch off of the University of Texas at Austin, but because of its professors. The University of Texas at Tyler has some of the greatest professors that have received their degrees from different parts of world, therefore gives us, the students, a major advantage against non-UT Tyler students! Another advantage that we UT Tyler students have is that the teacher:student ratio is 1:20; this making it easier for the students to concentrate in class and build a strong relationship with the professors.

It is a growing school that has a very competitive price. I believe that for the price, the quality of the education is very high. The professors are very good and most of the classes are small in size. Different from bigger schools that many times it is the grad assistant that teaches, at UT Tyler it is the official professors.

Graduate College of Nursing On-line was everything I needed to complete my MSN: Administration and Educator Certificate. Direct access to professors was a benefit that I did not know in my previous on-line BSN courses with another college.

This a fantastic University for the person that does not desire to be a part of a college experience in which he/she will be drowned in a sea of other college kids. It is a smaller campus that is easy to navigate and find your classes. It is also filled with teachers/students that care about their college experience.
