    no greek life that I am aware of???

    there is an annual basketball tournament against sister school Touro University California

    Bang for the buck

    Touro is a private school so it is not cheap, but the graduation rate and success rate on certification exams after graduation are in the mid to high 90%

    What to do for fun

    You're in Vegas...Everything is fun

    Food and Dining

    Only one on campus diner that offers kosher food...;)

    Dorm Life

    There are no on campus dorms

    Academic Rigor

    No program is easy at Touro, but there are plenty of resources to help you succeed.

    never give up and strive to be the best you can be. With dedication and hard work you can over come most obsticles. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

    Touro University is in a great location and offers many degrees in the medical field. It is a competitive school which offers opportunities to individuals with experience in health care.

    Interview is important. Volunteer and service in your chosen field is pertinent.

    Great academic atmosphere. Top-notch professors and evidence-based learning/practice. Best choice of my life was to attend Touro.

    I hear there are lots of clubs and organizations for varying activities.

    Great for students who are very passionate about learning osteopathic manipulative medicine.

    It is located 15 minutes from the strip and 5 minutes from the University of Las Vegas campus.

    Bang for the buck

    It's a private school, so expect to pay $55,000 a year for just tuition.

    What to do for fun

    The vegas strip and Red Rock Canyon is nearby.

    There is a kosher place on campus.

    There are no on-campus dorms.

    Academic Rigor

    I have not started yet, but I imagine all the classes will require a lot of studying.

    Tips for prospective students

    Volunteer a lot and help the underserved community. They are looking for people who are flexible and nimble. They are also looking for students who can contribute to their school.

    In three sentences

    Touro University Nevada is a great university that provides an excellent education. I heard the rotations here are very good compared to most osteopathic schools. It is also a Jewish school, so we get the Jewish Holidays off.
