The great thing about this campus is that we are surrounded by what Lexington has to offer. Besides school activities and Greek Life, there are Gallery Hops, movie theaters, sketchy bowling alleys, great restaurants, and plenty of shops to go to with friends on the weekends.

Downtown is only a 10 minute walk away and Lexington is one of the best college towns in America. There's the farmers market on summer Sunday mornings and ice skating on winter nights- both only a 10 minute walk. Rupp arena is less than a mile away, making it convenient for games and concerts. Transy's back circle is the location for socialization with a sand volleyball court and room to play football, Frisbee, or lay out and relax.

The activity board here is always planning events. This year so far, to name a few, they have held fun dances, laser tag, dodgeball, 3 on 3 basketball tourneys, and so much more. Not to mention, Transylvania is right in Lexington so you have the option also of going to the mall, going to a UK basketball or football game, or kit going out to eat.

There are always fun activities being put on by various groups, greek life, and organizations. There are also exciting sporting events to attend.

the university always has things to do on campus, whether there is a sporting event, an outing, or dance lessons in the campus center. if not on campus, there is tons to do in the city of lexington.
