    Transylvania University was too expensive for me, hence why I had to leave. The university awarded me with generous scholarships and grants, plus I received decent federal aid, but it still cost too much for me to continue attending.

    It's very expensive, but with a reasonable scholarship, the memories you'll make and education you'll get cannot be matched by and other college in Kentucky.

    Transylvania is a private school, and it is therefore expensive when compared to the tuition of state schools. However, Transylvania was one of the cheapest private schools I looked at in high school. For a private school, it's a great bargain.
