Troy University in Troy, Alabama is one of the best schools that I know of. It has many different things for every student as far as clubs, organizations, and social events.

Professors here at Troy get to know their students on a first name basis - every student is a person, not a number. Unfortunately, there is very little to do within the city of Troy itself because it's in the middle of nowhere, so the students and faculty do their best to maintain a constant schedule of campus activities to keep things lively.
