Tips for prospective students If you like small classes and 1 on 1 help come here.
Bang for the buck This college is quite expensive with a $19,000 tuition (without room or board) Scholarships are needed!
Am enjoying being here There aren't many other clubs or organizations besides sports or student government. However you can make your own!
Am learning a lot The Classes here are quite challenging but there is tons of ways to get help in them. The school provides SI (Supplemental Instructors) for classes many people have trouble with, and the teachers have bunches of office hours and enjoys helping you study!

Categories Comments Campus Safety they have a help box set up and everyone should have their number. if there is trouble they send out an email as soon as possible to ensure the students' safety. they also can be seen walking around campus when it gets dark.
Greek Life if this means sororities, there are none, so to speak. there are only the clubs created by the students.
Clubs and Activities different variety of clubs, most of them made by students. there is spiritual life, gamer's guild, psychology club, wilderness club and many more. there are also athletics, such as football, basketball, softball, cycling, bowling, tennis, soccer, and volleyball.
Great for these types of students athletes
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus the campus is open to the community, they can come in and eat in the cafeteria or use the library or the wellness center at their leisure.
What to do for fun cab puts together activities each week for students. there can be anywhere from a trip to gatlinburg to a movie in corbin. there is also other activities such as bingo, open mic karaoke, and even life entertainment from performers. this is all for free. there is also a student center with large screen tvs and the ability to borrow a system, such as an xbox 360, and games if you turn in your id for a short period, as well as computers, ping pong tables and pool table.
Food and Dining the food is quite good. it is made fresh each day. it is set up a lot like a buffet, you may get as much as you can eat. they have a sub area for sandwhiches made the way you want them to be, a pizza area where they make fresh pizzas or have times where you can make your own mini pizza or even pasta bake. there is also a demo area where the staff cooks for you, or you cook yourself. plus there is a main area for being served and a salad bar. there are always some kind of dessert out, such as cookies and ice cream.
Dorm Life depending on which place you live. there is pffeifer hall, for the guys, lakeside for the freshmen girls, stevenson for upper class girls on top floor and guys on bottom, as well as college courts, which are the apartments near the campus. i reside in stevenson. it is decent. the room is large enough to accomodate all of my needed things, as well as my roommate's without getting in the way. the beds are actually rather comfortable and clean. there is one bathroom in our hallway while the washing room is downstairs with the guys.
Academic Rigor the staff is set to make sure that students get the education needed. each teacher has their own style and it takes getting used to. some give busy work while others only give lectures and tests.
Tips for prospective students if you live on campus, bring lots of posters to hide the white walls, they look hideous otherwise. keep on the good side of teachers as they don't appreciate when students are lazy or act up in class.
In three sentences it is a beautiful campus with friendly staff and body of students. there is usually always something to do, whether fun or for class. the food is great as well.
