Union College's Union Market is one of the best cafeterias out there. There are tons of healthy and nutritious choices. Union's Cafeteria is a great place not only to eat but also to study. It's a very professional dining hall.

Definitely could use an upgrade. The food served here is all vegetarian, which sometimes can be a drag. However, there are many choices to choose from such as, salad bar, main dining bar, T'orias bar, sandwich place and also there is a snack shop located in the student center called Cooper's Corner. The main food served in the cafeteria usually consists of vegetables, some sort of beans and rice, and a few main dishes.
