Categories Comments Campus Safety The campus has securrity 24/7 and cameras, where you can feel safe in the campus.
Clubs and Activities There are clubs in every department including sports clubs.
Great for these types of students Students who are dedicated to study and who like a calm campus.
Food and Dining The food in the cafeteria is good, the thing that could change would be the variety but taste wise is great. It is also a vegetarian cafeteria.
Dorm Life I am not currently living in the dorm but I have seen them and the feedback I've received has been very good.
Academic Rigor Everything you do in life takes dedication, especially when it comes to preparing your self to be a professional. Once you dedicate yourself the academic part will be no hassle.

Greek Life Non existing.
Clubs and Activities Good activities which the university provides everything.
Great for these types of students Adventist students.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus Welcome Prepa is the welcoming of the freshman. Olimpiadas, sport competitions for all of the department.
Bang for the buck Compared to USA universities is very cheap.
What to do for fun They have a pool, but it is not open everyday. They have many clubs involved with the church and activities the university provides.
Food and Dining Vegetarian food is served. More or less the same menu everyday.
Dorm Life Old facilities, except on the new dorm. Strict rules govern and not much privacy and order.
Academic Rigor They have great programs like nursing and theology, but they fall short on the others. There are not many variety of majors to choose from. Since it's a little university many courses aren't offered in the semester you need them.
Tips for prospective students Prospective students, my advice is to be completely aware of the choices you have outside of this university. Financially it could be a burden, because of the cost of the credits and there are not many options.
In three sentences The Universidad Adventista de las Antillas is an average rate university academically, but composed of great people who always service you with a smile. It has a very good and competitive nursing program. You will enjoy a pacific, spiritual environment, not quite like other universities.

Categories Comments What to do for fun Go hiking in the jungle or go with a group of friends to the beach. There are a lot of places to hang out in town.
Food and Dining There is not much variety to choose from and not always very healthy.
Dorm Life Very small dorms and not all new.
Academic Rigor Best school for nursing in Puerto Rico. Nurses from UAA are looked at very positively.
Tips for prospective students If you are coming from the states, be prepared to wait. There are long registration lines and it takes literally the whole work day plus another day! Always bring an umbrella to school because showers come out of no where. Try not to cram all your assignments and studying until the last minute because everything is subject to change.
In three sentences UAA is a christian-oriented school that strives to give their students a well-rounded college experience. The administration is a bit unorganized, but compared to the other schools in Puerto Rico, it is considered the best. The professors quickly learn your names and really invest in your education.
