Classes are a bit more difficult than high school, but you always learn something new in at least one class along with meeting new people.

Albany looks like a great, fun place to learn at. It is cheap and has everything I can possibly require. Several of my teachers also went here and recommended it.

It's exceptional for the School of Business and for the East Asian Studies Department. Although it can be an on-going struggle to find one's comfort zone, I do not regret my decision to study here. I rate the University 7/10.

This school offers great education facilities and numerous professors that actually care about your education. What the University lacks in aesthetically pleasing characteristics it makes up for in a wide array of community service and networking opportunities. Attending this University can be a truly remarkable experience if you get involved in the different programs this school has to offer.

Overall I would rank SUNY Albany as a seven on a scale of one to ten. This is mainly because being here I have had many good experiences. But I have also had some bad ones, especially with the CDTA buses

Any college is what you make of it. I've taken classes in several departments (including English, Business and Biology) and in each, I have found most of the Faculty and Staff to be helpful and amenable so long as you make the effort to reach out. With an Honors College, a state of the art Nano Department & various other programs that are designed to help students, this is actually an excellent facility for just a state school.

Good teachers and academic resources. The campus isn't that pretty but they're making significant improvements. The course load is not that difficult to manage.
