Although UAB is not categorized as a party school, there are plenty of things to do. Whether it's a boys or girls sports event, to dorm sponsored socials or comedy shows, you shouldn't get bored! If you have a car it's an added bonus because you can go off campus to other events.

The staff really know their stuff and have been helpful. Everyone from the professors to the advisors know their job and how to best get you through your degree. The atmosphere is very friendly and it doesn't feel like a big college at all.
