The University of Alabama at Birmingham has many tools to help students succeed in their classes. Many of the science and courses have sessions every week to discuss the lectures. Students are able to ask questions and get answers from students who have taken the class before and have done well. The professors are always willing to take the time to help their students when they ask for help. The professors always seem to care about the success of each student in their classes.     The professors are very open-minded and down to earth people, while the students are hard-working and friendly. The campus itself offers many features such as restaurants, large recreational center, and a variety of student organizations. The experience of attending this university has given me the tools to mature as an adult while learning the facts of life.

    UAB is a very diverse school and I absolutely love it. Even though public transportation is bad there are alot of places walking distance from the school. UAB's academics are really good.
