Make sure that you have warm clothing, and a sense of adventure. Many people on this campus are into doing outdoor activities such as cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, and camping. Also, learn some cooking skills. It saves on money, and could help save your taste buds. And one of the most important is to make friends, and don't be afraid to get involved; you need someone to text you when the Northern Lights are out.
