    Bang for the buck

    For those on a limited budget this is a great place to get your general education classes before going to a four-year college with a higher tuition rate.
    Am enjoying being here

    The campus is small but it makes getting to class on time a little easier for those who prefer to walk to class.
    Am learning a lot

    The teachers are very insightful and really care about you and your grades.

    Check out the Student Government Association, it is kind of the equivalent to student council in high school.

    Greatest worry is getting a ticket for music or improper parking.

    Does not apply. There are no fraternities or sororities on campus.

    Very limited. Only a few student organizations.

    Very affordable. Great way to start out a college education.

    Join a student organization. You will get to know your fellow classmates and there is always fun in numbers.

    Only has a small cafeteria. Located in a small town with a few fast foods places and restaurants.

    There are no dorms on campus.
    Academic Rigor

    As with any school, there are instructors that seem to grade easy and others that seem to grade harder. Overall, everything is fair. You get back what you put into the class.
    Tips for prospective students

    Get to know your instructors. They will help you if they see that you are really trying. Also join a student organization. It helps create the feeling of belonging.

    I absolutely loved UACCM. Coming from a small town and high school, it was a great way to ease into the college lifestyle. I did not want to leave.

    What to do for fun

    School has many fun activities throughout the semester. There is also a building that has pool tables, ping pong tables and a TV with couches for students to go and just have fun in between classes.

    Food from Plaza on campus is very good. It is also inexpensive it is like they understand when in school students do not have to much money to eat out.

    Have a good relationship with teachers and you will be amazed at how much better you do in the class. Teachers help out the ones they see want help and want to help themselves

    For a two year community college the education you receive is great. Staff and teachers really show how much they care for students and their goals. Teacher to student ratio is great it is easy t get help from teachers when needed.

    Set up your classes by monday wednesday friday, or tuesday thursday. it will make scheduling alot easier.

    The campus staff is very helpful. The teachers are cooperative and informative about all aspects of the university. The campus is very clean and kept looking very nice.

    Campus police are pretty lenient about parking. With no dorms, safety is not as big of an issue

    As a community college, the campus is geared toward taking care of business. But you can join intramural sports teams

    Just the little cafe, but it is adequate

    I've only tested for prior learning credit in the nursing department so far, but they required excellence

    UACCM offers some great university scholarships based on ACT, COMPASS or GED scores Application process is easy Financial Aid department is pleasant and helpful if you get your paperwork all in early

    Campus Safety

    There is a cop always on patrol at the school. The cop gave everyone his number at orientation and told us that if anyone needed him just to call or text him and he would always be there to help. The safety at this campus is very well.
    Clubs and Activities

    The activities are really great. Some times the college sets up movie days and you get to watch Twilight, Avengers, or another awesome movie. The college sets up so many activities to get people involved.
    What to do for fun

    The college sets up fun activities for people to get involved in. The college is very good about getting people from the college to attend their fun activities they plan.
    Food and Dining

    I do not eat the food because I only take four classes. I go to class Monday through Friday and take two classes a day.

    There are no dorms for this college.
    Academic Rigor

    On an academic level the college is wonderful. You can really learn interesting and useful subjects from this college.

    The University of Arkansas Community College in Morrilton is a great college. The tuition is affordable and cheap. The college as wonderful teachers and the computer lab is a big help.

    Great for nursing students. The science department is really great.

    UACCM is a smoke free campus. You will typically see people standing down the road from the school having a smoke break.
    Bang for the buck

    UACCM is probably the most affordable college in central Arkansas.
    What to do for fun

    UACCM offers different activities to the students throughout the year.
    Food and Dining

    UACCM is located in the small town of Morrilton. There is a local doughnut shop and a few same cafes. Of course the usual fast food businesses and a couple of Mexican restaurants.
    Dorm Life

    UACCM does not have any on campus dorms. Most students commute to school from neighboring towns/cities.
    Academic Rigor

    UACCM might be a community college, but it is as academically challenging as any of your 4 year colleges.
    Tips for prospective students

    If you're thinking about attending UACCM you should definitely do your homework and compare the prices. You will probably be shocked to see how much the UACCM will save you.

    The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton is a great school for traditional and non-traditional students. It offers quality education with the small town atmosphere. This college offers a wide range of class choices in addition to flexible class schedules.
