    Depending on the classes it can get difficult if one doesn't keep up with their work. So keep up with your assignments, and if you don't understand something ASK! Many of the teachers I have had, except for a few, are willing to help in anyway they can.

    Any prospective student should be prepared for a daily walking commute to any and every place on campus. However, prospective students should be aware that UALR offers a trolley service throughout the campus, as well.

    Some tips that I can think of are if you can live on campus, DO IT!! I lived in the dorms my first year and absolutely loved it! I had a higher GPA and I attended classes more frequently. I live about ten minutes from campus and something about having to drive there erks me. Another tip I can give prospective students is never skip! You will get into a habit and it will kill your GPA.
