As I have just recently moved back to Arkansas, I have had a lot of over-the-phone conversations with various University employees. The university employees do not seem to be very concerned with getting back to people in a timely fashion and required me to continuously call to check in even though I was always told that someone would get back to me shortly. Rating UALR on general terms; I think that attending this university is a great example of the university college experience. The academic advising department is top notch, and all of the staff recognizes that my time is a priority.
