Attend any of UCSD's sporting events and show your pride or any sponsored events on UCSD such as the renown Sun God Festival or the enjoyable shows at Porter's Pub. Or for a more local flavor visit any of San Diego's active scene or take a short walk to the nearby beaches of La Jolla.
» Read MoreThere's so much to do at UCSD. Colleges always throw events and there are always bands and musicians coming to perform. The beach is not a far walk and there's shopping areas close by.

» Read MoreLuckily San Diego is a decently sized city with moderate traffic that you can travel anywhere for fun. Attractions include: the World Famous San Diego Zoo, the Safari Park, and Sea World. You can catch a ballgame at Petco Park in downtown; and while you're there, be sure to visit Balboa Park and some of its museums. If you're 21 and over, San Diego has a great nightlife with plenty of different areas that can cater to your needs. Downtown San Diego is not the only place for bars or nightclubs; you can find other places in Pacific Beach, North Park, and much more.
