UCF, as I've previously mentioned, is filled with and surrounded by endless opportunities to have a good time. Going out with friends to the nearby bars or restaurants, taking a free Knight Lynx bus ride to Downtown Orlando, going to any of the hour-away theme parks, hanging out in a friend's dorm, attending the activities going on on campus, and even more; there are so many possibilities to entertain yourself!

On Lake Claire, students can go paddle boarding, and canoing. There is a gym with both a lap and recreational pool right next to it along with a volleyball, track field, soccer field, and basketball courts.

Every Monday and Friday, the university sends out an email with a schedule for activities throughout the week/weekend so you can always find something to do. There are also a huge amount of clubs and extracurricular activities to join and be a part of.

Go kayaking, paddle boarding, and canoeing all for free at Lake Claire on Campus. Play volleyball or soccer on one of the fields or go to the indoor basketball courts. The U.C.F. gym is hugeee and has an indoor running track, indoor rock climbing wall, and multiple fitness classes. There is also always concerts at the CFE arena. The night life is really good around campus. You will also have another bar/club or venue to choose from. A 30 minute drive from campus can get you to Disney, Wet n Wild, and Universal. And by the way we get discounted tickets at UCF ticket center.

There are events going on all the time on campus with different clubs and teams that students can attend. There is also a mall close to campus with a variety of stores. Lets not forget that the school gives their students discounts on amusment parks which are not too far from campus.

There are all kinds of activities and student-run organizations! The CFE Arena (Home of the Predators) is right on-campus, and the UCF Knights are one of the best college football teams in the country right now. Plus, there are a few nice movie theaters close by, cheap shuttle rides to downtown Orlando, and the theme parks are super close too!

Everything. More than 600 clubs. I would not consider this a party school like Florida State University. Students are more serious about their studies.

The real question is what is there not to do? I've never seen so many options placed in a university before. There's swimming, baseball, basketball, volleyball, and even several gyms- I'm super excited!
