“Dorm life can definitely make or break your college experience. My personal dorm experience has been within a ship with people with similar majors to my own. The dorms have…”
“I lived in Dorm for a year and it was so fun time with my friends. UCM has about 6-7 dormitory building and it costs around $2,000 for the semester…”
Affordable and good to the taste@
» Read MoreThe convenience of the dining hall can't be beat. The variety is also something to brag about. Often a plethora of ethnic dishes are offered. It does tend to be pretty pricey. If you're willing, you can save a pretty penny by moving into the campus apartments and cooking your own food.
» Read MoreThere are two main public eating facilities for students with a meal plan. You may choose to have an all access package for unlimited food and drink in the dining hall. There are also several fast food restaurants including Einstein Bros. and Chic-Fil-A spread out in the library, student recreation center, and the student union.
» Read MoreThe food is great, it gets old after a few months though. Not really a surprise. You have a ton of options to eat outside the dining hall though.
» Read MoreThe cafeteria was a bit expensive at times but what I loved was that the food was always prepared fresh, no matter what time of day you were there. Plus it always kept me full throughout the day.
» Read MoreThe only downside.
» Read Moretodd hall is disguisting. they have roaches and nats everywhere, they bought an expensive machine that is always broke, the food is the same everyday for every meal the only decent thing is the salads. Ellis hall is so much better the food has flavor, it is clean, the workers are nicer, it is just overall better.
» Read MoreFood and dining is ran by Sodexo. The food served is the same with no other options. Once in a while, there may be some food to get your taste buds excited, but overall one has to eat either a salad or a sub sandwich, which are both good, to not gain a ton of weight. It's like they put some type of hormones in the food to make you fat and bloated.
» Read MoreEast Ellis is the best place to eat. The campus offers a wide variety of things to eat. I wish the dining halls were open later though.
» Read MoreI ate at the dining hall only once during orientation; it was great! Very clean, nice staff, and a lot of choices!
» Read MoreIs amazing, go through recruitment!
» Read MorePersonally, I am not a member of the Greek Life at UCM so I cannot attest to what's great about it.
» Read MoreThe Greek life on campus is slightly different than what you would see at most universities. A few of the fraternities have houses of their own and the rest reside in a complex with multiple fraternities occupying their specific sectors of the complex. The sororities all reside in a complex on campus.
» Read MoreGreat, everyone in greek is usually really nice. There's only one fraternity that lives up to the stereotypical douchery.
» Read Moreno comment...what i have to say is to much to type.
» Read MoreI don't participate in Greek life. My interests are not aimed to participate.
» Read MoreThe most fun you could ever have, even with the fact that they put education first. It's the easiest way to make friends for life. I think of the people in my fraternity as brothers more than friends. The bond is stronger than most.
» Read MoreExcellent diversity.
» Read MoreWe have many greek life on campus such as the Deltas, AKA's, and Sigmas. The Greek life is very secretive and if you would like to pledge it is a certain way of going about it.
» Read MoreSororities and Fraternities are active on campus, and many students Go Greek. People view Greek Life at UCM more positively than at other schools.
