The University of Charleston has small class rooms so students get the one on one attention students need to do well academically. The university has a library that has private rooms so students can go read in private or do academic work without being bothered with the noise of fellow students or staff members. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are security gards who will walk a student to their car if they happen to be to afraid to walk out by themselves.
