There are so many things to do on campus. There's a huge section of Greek Life by Clifton Avenue for parties, there are nice common areas in dorms to just hang out with friends, there's a ton of nice restaurants and bars on Calhoun Street, and when UC is playing, the basketball, baseball, and football stadiums are all located on campus!!! This is a huge plus for UC since most schools do not offer this!

Join a club, visit a field and join a pick up game, take a stroll down the party streets on the weekends

I have a part time job working about 15 hours a week. Enjoy watching football with my friends, play video games. I work out at a local Recreation Center 3 days a week.

The University of Cincinnati has a HUGE advantage since it is in the city. There are many different places to go have fun. For example: - ON CAMPUS: There are many different activities that go on on campus such as movie night at TUC, Spring Carnival and the Spring concert (just to name a few) - CLIFTON: Throughout the last few years, Clifton has really been developing. There are many different restaurants and a few bars that are always full of UC students. The Cincinnati Zoo is also within walking distance of campus. - DOWNTOWN: Downtown Cincinnati has a great amount of restaurants, bars and clubs, not to mention the Cincinnati Bengals stadium, Reds Stadium and US Bank Arena (where the Cyclones hockey team plays and many concerts are held) - NEWPORT: Newport on the Levee is about 5 minutes from campus and sits on the river between Kentucky and Ohio. There are many restaurants and bars, the aquarium, a movie theater and events on the River. Riverbend is also close to here which is where many concerts are held. - MT. ADAMS: Mount Adams is a hill overlooking the city which is full of AMAZING hole-in-the-wall restaurants and bars. Not to mention there is an unbelievable view of the city.

There are hundreds of groups to join on campus that will never leave you bored. I enjoy working out at the rec center frequently and love that it is free to students. Sports games are also a great way to enjoy the campus life.

Check out the local area! If you live within walking distance of Main Campus, there is a LOT of stuff (shopping, dining) to check out near the W.E.B. DuBois bookstore. Otherwise, feel free to check out any of the stuff Greater Cincinnati has to offer: Union Terminal, Cincinnati Zoo, Newport Aquarium, Cyclones Hockey/Reds Baseball/Bengals Football, Bogarts for up-and-coming bands (and some established ones, also)... and of course, root for our Bearcats!
