I was delighted to find that most of the professors at UC really know their stuff and they are willing to help if you don't understand them on the first go. However, it certainly is useful to ask around about potential professors. I had a Chemistry lecture that was useless, but the TA really helped me stay on track. That being said, a lot of the TA's, especially in the math department, are really truly horrible. Office hours and learning centers (free!) are your friend if you get stuck with one of these TA's.

    President Ono seems like he is a great person and well involved with the university and local area. The campus is beautiful and listed in Forbes magazine for its beauty. The Cincinnati area is hosts many co-op opportunities for students.

    The University of Cincinnati is a diverse school which is extremely community oriented. With the initiative of our new president, Santa Ono, exciting changes are happening on campus to unite the school and to help the students. The University of Cincinnati is such an accepting community that has a place for everyone!

    I would give my university a 4 out of 10. The campus is small and everything is in a walking distance which is a positive point, but students are often afraid of venturing off campus, because of the dangerous neighborhoods surrounding campus. If you are a person of color do not attend this university.

    A beautiful campus with wonder classes, sports, and livelihood. Classes have great sizes and actual professors instead of TAs. The sports and other events are fun to attend and the campus is safe and full of delicious diners.

    I think UC Main is a good school with nice teachers. But I think Safety is a major issue because of the area it is in. I also think parking should be better.
