Walk to Larimer Square a few blocks away for casual window browsing and relaxation.

There are lots of outdoor activities to do around campus and Denver. The Rockie Mountains are a short drive and the view is spectacular. If you love to ski or snowboard this the the place you want to be. Denver has a very active and diverse music scene and offers a lot of local as well as popular concerts. Denver has many bike paths and walking trails. And it always sunny.

There is a recreation room with video games, card tables, pool tables, movies, couches and a lot of other cool stuff. There are always events being advertised at tents on campus during the warm months.

The 16th street mall is within walking distance.

Well in the heart of Denver you can do anything you set your mind on. The Denver Center for Performing Arts, home of the Denver Center Theatre Company is literally two blocks away from the Trivoli Center. They always have great student matinee prices.

the 16th Street Mall is a cool little strip mall near campus that offers a lot of fun. The Pepsi Center and Elitche Gardens amusement park is very close to campus as well.

Downtown Denver is great. It is full of culture, including shopping, theatre, art, music venues, and nightlife. There are also neighboring universities you can visit for typical college fun.

Site seeing is always fun, especially being a new student!
