» Read MoreSTUDY! You'll need the extra time going through everything, and there's never enough studying that can be done. There's a campus bar and hookah bar that you can go to depending on your age and tons of resturants on campus. Not much of a city feel so students depend on basement parties and drinking, not very classy but it gets the job done.

» Read MoreThey just built the Storrs Center, so there are more options of things to do, but in the past there wasn't much to do besides club activities, so it made it very easy to fall into the trap of partying on the weekends, as there was not much else to do. Be careful of that and get involved with other things because there is so much more out there, if you want to have a more well rounded experience. Also, some of the frat houses are just dirty so don't wear nice clothes if you want to go party.
