    Evansville provides a very high amount of scholarship and they have frozen tuition, but when it comes down to it, it's expensive for such a low quality school in the middle of the ghetto.

    It's a private school, so it's kinda pricy. But they give out SO many scholarships that when you look at it, it's really just as expensive as any other college. And Harlaxton is SO awesome.
