There are always school sponsored philanthropy events held to keep students active.

There is always something to do at UK! Whether it's a basketball game, a student-organized event, or a social club, something is always happening on campus.

Hit up the mall and many other boutiques. Go to tin roof and listen to live music or go to Redmons and experience Sundy Best, the up and coming country group.

Hookah bars, frat parties, house parties, studying lol. And the Johnson center is great!

Go watch the basketball team at the arena!! Greek life looks interesting. G ointo town, Lexington is beautiful. Go hiking. Hey watch a horse race.

Shopping, eating out, bars, all close by and easy to find.

If you're bored any day of the week, you're doing something wrong. There's late night film series that has free movies Thursdays and Fridays, free comedy shows on Wednesdays, religious groups meeting on Tuesdays (and even if you aren't religious, they have free pancakes), and tons of places for you to go off campus with friends.

There's no time for fun; you have to study all the time. They tell you that they have on campus taxi service; but when you need them e.g. when it rains or when you have a late class across campus; everyone else wants them too so you have to wait.
