I've visited the campus more than once, and have fallen in love with the college. It's perfect for me, because its close enough to big cities like Austin, however, it is set in a small town.

After their third year in UMHB, the students are going to be transferred to Baylor in Waco with general knowledge of engineering to allow them to transfer between majors without a backdrop in credits.
» Read MoreThis college is great because everybody knows everybody and everyone is looking out for each other. Because the school is small students have more of a bond with their professors, which makes us feel important. Also, the campus is absolutely beautiful and the environment is conservative.

The college's Christian affiliation is nondenominational which makes it comfortable for students who follow another religious view.
