    The food at the University of Mary is not my favorite but I am a picky eater. I wish we had a wider variety of food to choose from. Chart wells is who caters our food, I can tell they are trying to improve their dining. It takes one step at a time.

    The university opted to sell their dining options to a commercial dining service in 2010. The food they make is pretty par and the spread is generally pretty basic. Being a college student I don't expect prime rib and shrimp every night, but I would like it if my food stayed warm until I sat down and there was a little more nutritional value to the courses.
